Fei Yang Fei Yang took his position in IDG Capital since 1997. He was previously the Director of IPO Division of Guangdong Government Securities Regulatory Commission, Vice President of Guangdong United Future Exchange and the Director of Consultant Division of Guangdong Foreign Trade and Economy Institute. Fei Yang obtained a lot of experience and knowledge in economy research. He devoted himself to the project of " Strategy of Pushing Area Economy Forward" awarded in 1996 by the central government. He has developed a lot of skills on the financing, capital operations, merger and acquisition and IPO based on the long-term working experience and relations with governmental departments and futures exchange. Graduated from Sun Yat Sen University, Fei Yang received Bachelor of Science in 1982 and master degree in 1989 respectively.
