Glu Mobile Inc ,the second largest mobile games publisher in USA, said on Nov 29th, 2007 that it has agreed to acquire Beijing Zhangzhong MIG Information Technology Co. Ltd., a Chinese company that also publishes games for the mobile market. Glu will pay $14.7 million in cash plus additional payments of up to $25 million in cash and stock, contingent on financial results.
